Most MYOB IMS Payroll users are fully switched to PayHero within 1–2 business, depending on data size and complexity.

We’ll guide you through every step of the process to ensure a smooth migration to PayHero.

All we need is your IMS data, our team will help you extract the necessary reports and securely share them with us. From there, we’ll handle the formatting and prepare your data for PayHero, then send it back for review.

Once you’re happy, we’ll import your employee details and pay history into PayHero for a final check. If anything needs adjusting, we’ll help you get it sorted.

You can also run a parallel pay to confirm everything matches your old system.

Then, we’ll walk you through your first pay run on a live screen-share to make sure everything’s running smoothly.

You can securely transfer all your key payroll data, including Employee details and Pay history.

PayHero doesn’t directly integrate with MYOB Accounting. However, you can easily export your payroll journals from PayHero and import them into MYOB manually.

Many of our customers already do this as part of their pay run, it’s a quick, straightforward process that keeps your accounts fully up to date.

We bill at the start of each month for usage in the previous month.

Monthly billing is based on your usage. That way you’re not paying for inactive employees, such as seasonal employees during the off season.

Your monthly charge is made up of a base fee, and a per-employee charge based on the number of unique employees paid or with a timesheet entry in the month. If you have an employee who isn’t included in a pay run or timesheet during the calendar month, you won’t be charged for them.
